What is the boomerang system?

Boomerang System is an innovative automation system used in edge banding machines. Its name is inspired by the fact that the boomerang returns on its own because the functioning of the system is quite similar. This system ensures the collection and recycling of waste material while continuously delivering material to machine operators. Thus, the workflow becomes uninterrupted and the cost of waste materials is minimized.

How does it work?

The Boomerang System is an intelligent transport and collection system integrated on the side of the edgebanding machine. The machine operator determines the required amount of material through the system when the process starts. The Boomerang System then automatically takes this material and puts it through the edge banding process. When the process is completed, the waste material is automatically collected and transferred to a suitable area for recycling. This process continues uninterruptedly without the need for human intervention.
